The Waffle Maker

This is another baskin robbins essential. One of baskin's many tools and very helpful as well. Good thing about this product is that it heats up really quick. As soon as the "turn on" switch is on the machine takes about a minute to be in the right temperature to cook the waffle cones. The waffle batter doesn't stick and it cooks it very well, the only suggestion I would have is to change the the little hook it has at the end of the handle. This hook is used to lock the top part of the machine down so it cooks the waffle batter correctly but the problem is that it gets stuck occasionally and at times it if difficult to open when the batter is fully cooked. Not being able to open will burn the batter and completely ruin the soon to be cone. The top needs to open effortlessly so that the waffle can be taken out in time. So the suggestion would be to either change that lock or remove completely, that way no one risks the chance of ending up with burned waffles and no one gets burned while trying to get it open.

Ice Cream Cone Holder

The object in the image above is an ice cream cone holder. It's very practical, simple to work with, and very effiecent. The only problem is that it's too simple. Customers doesn't seem to grasp what it's for and it's usually ignored. A suggestion would be to change the color, keep the traditional Baskin Robbins pallet but change the color of the artifact to something more eye catching, like a bright medium valued pink. That way it draws the customers attention and makes them curious about the object. Obviously by changing the color of the ice cream cone holder the color of the font would have to change as well because then the pink of the font will blend in with its background. Changing the color of the font to white will help, it'll stand out and would not bornd in at all.

Single Scooper

One of the most essential tools at Baskin with no doubt. The good thing about this tool is that it's light weight, simple to use, and easy to clean. Problem with it is that it's the handle has no grip, so when it's wet it slips out of the hand. In addition, a suggestion would be to add a grip to the handle, because this will not only allow a better scooping experience but it will reduce the chances of getting callus and it will allow the person scooping a better grip. Lastly would to change the rim of the scoop. Instead of having solidly round add some teeth to the edge. This will allow the scooper to scoop the ice cream better and easily; very helpful for when the ice cream is extremely hard. Other than that, everything else is fine.
