Carmel Topping, one of Baskin Robbins' favorite topping, aside from hot fudge, is always the most requested. The design of the machine is good, it's electrical, easy to pump out, and it warms up the Carmel very fast. A couple of suggestions would be to change the temperature wheel and the pump valve. The temperature wheel is fine but after a couple uses the wheel starts loosen up and it is difficult to set it at a permanent temperature. Like shown in the picture the only way to keep it from moving is by placing a piece of tape. Now the pump valve should be considered changing as well. After one has pumped out what's needed it begins to leak leaving a mess on the table. Maybe changing it to a bigger valve where one doesn't have to pump a big pump would solve the problem. Other than that the machines heats up well, it would just need those to arrangements to be better.
